Where does your hair come from?

Our extensions are 100% human remy hair, using the highest grade of virgin hair available, including Russian, Peruvian and Indian hair.

How long will the hair last?

With proper care, clip-in extensions last 3 to 5 years and beyond, and U-tip permanent extensions can last 4 to 6 months.

How do I look after my hair?

Detangle gently from the ends, wash with mild products and let it dry fully before storing. Please make sure you or your client knows how to care for the hair purchased.

Can I curl, straighten or colour it?

Yes. Our human hair can be curled, straightened and coloured, and bleached within reason.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygienic standards, there are no exchanges, returns or refunds on any hair products.
